Who provides FamilyDesk

FamilyDesk is provided by Kaizen Brands LLC.

What FamilyDesk provides

FamilyDesk provides household organization and record-keeping tools, including tasks, checklists, time off, payroll calculations and payslips.

Free trial and early access

FamilyDesk is free during early access. New households get a free 30-day trial. We don’t ask for payment details and we don’t charge you. When the trial ends, your household’s records stay available to read, but you can’t add or change anything. There is no price yet. We will tell you before any paid plan starts, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.

Payments

Payroll calculations and mark-paid records are assistive tools. FamilyDesk does not hold, transfer or disburse wages. Families and helpers remain responsible for agreeing how and when money is paid.

Your responsibility

Keep account credentials private, provide accurate household information and review payroll and payslip details before relying on them. Automated records do not replace professional legal, tax or employment advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate another person, access a household without permission, upload unlawful content or interfere with the service.

Cancelling and deleting your account

You can stop using FamilyDesk at any time. To close your account and delete your household’s information, email support@familydesk.ph. Our team handles these requests by hand for now. Payroll records we must keep by law are kept as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, email support@familydesk.ph.
